1998 "Creative PC Solutions" was formed by Rick Corder and John Sedlak as a evening and weekend part time company to fulfill the demand found while they both worked at Copeco, Inc located in North Canton, Ohio. Creative PC Solutions started by providing computer and network support to established customers of Copeco, Inc. since Copeco did not already provide these types of services at the time. Within two years the demand for the services grew to be more than Rick and John could keep up with so Adam, Rick's youngest son, was added to the team to help on a part time basis.
January 2000 Copeco, Inc. purchased the Creative PC Solutions business from Rick and John and started the Copeco Network Division consisting of Rick, John, and Adam. After one year a fourth person was added to the division to satisfy the growing demand for the division's services. Shortly after that John left the division to assume the role of Copeco's Network Administrator and a new employee was hired to replace John in the division.
January 2003 Adam and Rick made a mutual agreement with Copeco, Inc. to split the division from Copeco, Inc. to form a new business solely owned by Rick and Adam called Network Solutions And Optimization, LLC.
March 2008 Adam purchased Rick's share of the business to become the sole owner of Network Solutions And Optimization, LLC.
Present Network Solutions And Optimization, LLC. going by the name NSAO employs technicians with a diverse background spread across two states, Ohio, and North Carolina.
