User Notes:
Your email is now passing through servers that will
filter out nearly all SPAM and virus infected messages. Here are
some bits of information to make a mental note about.
You should have recieved an email like the one below.
This is to inform you that a quarantine was setup for your email.

Once you recieve this email click the link to access
your SPAM quarantine. This link will take you to a website like
this one below.

Now you can click on the "Preferences"
tab and click on the "Password" button. This will allow
you to change your password to something that you will remember.
It will ask for your current password first, this you can find in
the email you just recieved. You will most likely never need to
use the password to access your quarantine since you would recieve
an email everyday if you have any messages in your quarantine.
So what happens when something is blocked?
The majority of the SPAM email will now be blocked
before it even reaches your inbox. Some times the email filter is
not sure if a message is SPAM or not. These messages will be handeled
in two different ways.
1. The email that is most likely
good email will be allowed to be delivered to your inbox but the
filter will make one small change to the original subject line.
The text [POSSIBLE SPAM] will be appended to the
begining of the subject.
2. The email that is more likely
to be SPAM is quarantined. This means the email is held on the servers
and not delivered to your inbox. When you have any messages that
are quarantined the server will send you an email that lists all
of the emails that were with held. See below for an example email.

From this list you have 3 basic options per message.
a. Deliver = This will allow the message to continue on to be sent
to your inbox
b. Whitelist = If you select this will allow the message to be sent
to your inbox and all future emails from the sender will be allowed
and never quarantined again.
c. Delete = This option will simply delete the message completely
