Yesterday, Microsoft experienced a widespread outage affecting Microsoft 365 business services. Many organizations (including some of our clients) reported issues with email access and delivery, particularly related to Exchange Online and Outlook.
Current status (today)
As of this morning, Microsoft is still reporting an active service incident impacting Exchange Online, where:
Some users may be unable to access or load Outlook on the web (OWA)
The issue is currently listed as Service Degradation
Microsoft has indicated the impact may affect users in the United States, France, and the United Kingdom
What this means for users
Depending on your Microsoft 365 tenant and region, you may experience:
Outlook on the web failing to load
Intermittent login or mailbox access issues
Delays in sending or receiving email
What we recommend
If you are affected:
Try using the Outlook desktop app or the mobile app as a workaround
If you must use a browser, try an incognito/private window or a different browser
If issues persist, contact our team and include:
impacted user(s)
approximate time of failure
screenshots or error messages

Our team is actively monitoring Microsoft’s service health updates and will continue to provide updates as Microsoft confirms full resolution.
